Fond memories of our childhood are of our parents herding us kids to take photos at a studio. Mona Studio to be exact. There never needed to be a reason for the photographs, they felt that it was time to take new photos. I really appreciate those photos now and perhaps that is why we decided to be taking family pictures every year.
These days, in the era of smart phones and easily accessible digital cameras, people only have pictures saved on their phones, flash disks or memory cards. While there is nothing wrong with that, I believe that there will always be a place for professional pictures resulting in printed pictures. The framed photograph that sits in the living room for years to come.
In 2013, make it a priority to make memories with your family.
At gibel photography, we are hoping to photograph:
- A surprise proposal(s)
- A wedding(s) held in the Attorney General’s office
- An intimate wedding of less than 50 guests
- More family pictures
- More newborn/maternity pictures
All in all, we hope to make more memories with you!
To finalise this blog post, we are giving one free 8″ by 10″ print for all sessions booked with us between now and April 2013.**
And because a post needs a picture, here is a sneak peek of what is coming up: Our trip to South Africa.
**Does not apply to sessions that were gifted to you.
